A local Bargain Booze store was experiencing an ongoing issue with their AC system causing headache after headache with no end in sight!

They had poured their time and money into this issue with minimal results and still needed to reset the unit every half an hour just to get some running time.
After re-assuring this customer we would be out to him within 24 hours to assess the situation and give him some peace of mind we arranged access and got our engineer over to him.

Our vans are kept stocked up with parts and materials as we always aim for a first time fix! To this customer’s immense relief, we were able to utilise van stock and get the unit up and running within the hour!

A quick phone call the next day to ensure the customer was happy with his service and all was working as expected ended with a very lovely 5-star review.
