Starting Salary: £32,000-£38,000 basic, dependent upon experience.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid F-Gas Certificate
  • Technically competent in completing all aspects of servicing and repairs.
  • The ability to liaise with the site, customers, and colleagues to a high standard.
  • Ensure long-term reliability and efficiency of all systems.
  • To be organised and reliable with good timekeeping, communication, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work safely, adhering to all H&S policies with a commitment to consistently achieving high standards of H&S Management.
  • Ensure Service and Repairs are completed competently, efficiently, and to the highest practical standard.
  • Work with Clients and Colleagues to deliver quality Service and Repair with minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction.
  • To assist in the development of junior engineers, passing on knowledge and practical skills whilst site and in our training workshop.
  • Complete all paperwork promptly through the online job management system.
  • Engage in the ongoing improvement of operational procedures and customer service standards.
  • Participate in training and ongoing learning to help us continually improve our customer satisfaction.
