Service and Repair Engineer

Starting Salary: £32,000-£38,000 basic, dependent upon experience.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Valid F-Gas Certificate
Technically competent in completing all aspects of servicing and repairs.
The ability to liaise with the site, customers, and colleagues to a high standard.
Ensure long-term reliability and efficiency of all systems.
To be organised and reliable with good timekeeping, communication, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work safely, adhering to all H&S policies with a commitment to consistently achieving high standards of H&S Management.
Ensure Service and Repairs are completed competently, efficiently, and to the highest practical standard.
Work with Clients and Colleagues to deliver quality Service and Repair with minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction.
To assist in the development of junior engineers, passing on knowledge and practical skills whilst site and in our training workshop.
Complete all paperwork promptly through the online job management system.
Engage in the ongoing improvement of operational procedures and customer service standards.
Participate in training and ongoing learning to help us continually improve our customer satisfaction.

Installation Engineer
