Craig will be responsible for improving our communication with existing clients, following up on quotes and improving our sales process alongside our Marketing Team. He will be a key player in the growth and development of profitable new business whilst maintaining existing customer relationships.
We are confident Craig will help STSUK remain competitive and grow by identifying and acquiring new accounts that will have a monumental impact on our long-term success.
An accomplished HVAC professional, Craig has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Although his role is off the tools, he was eager to get stuck in to fully understand our engineers’ work and how he can be a better liaison between customer and company.
On his second day, we sent Craig to sit in on a networking event that Josh spoke at (Record-breaking/Award-winning, the powerful, BNI Wilmslow). He met with our referral partners and gained insight into a critical part of our marketing strategy.
After a quick round of onboarding on his first day, Craig has acclimatised quickly to our office culture, and we look forward to a prosperous future together!
